Purchase and Ownership Agreements

           A.  Buyer agrees to protect the welfare of and will not abuse or neglect said Triggerpoint Ragdoll cat/kitten in any way.

           B.   Kitten deposits are applied to the purchase price and are non-refundable if a sale is not completed.   Payments can be made by cash or email transfer.   Photo receipt will follow each payment made to email address or cell phone number. Balance due to be paid in full before release of kitten.

           C.   Buyer will not, or have the intent to  give, sell, or lease said cat/kitten to any animal shelter, laboratory, research facility, cattery, pet store, or other commercial/non- commercial enterprise, before or after sale of kitten.   If the buyer can no longer care for said cat/kitten Triggerpoint must be contacted immediately as the first option to assist in placement.  No refund will be given.

           D.   Buyer will bring cat/kitten to a veterinary well-check in  3/4 weeks at the buyer’s expense for 2nd shots.

          E.   Buyer will support litter box training by providing an accessible litter box (in size and location), and showing the kitten where the box is numerous times a day.

           F.   Buyer agrees to provide veterinary care at his/her own expense. Buyer will provide all lawfully mandated inoculations. Buyer will provide all necessary medications for the prevention of parasites and worms.  If other animals live in the home, those animals must also have received all lawfully mandated inoculations and be provided medications for the control/prevention of parasites and worms.  

            G    Any buyer planning to show or breed their kittens may only do so at the informed consent of Triggerpoint Ragdolls, and agree to the pertaining contractual agreements of such activities.  

            H.  Default on any owner/purchase agreement can result in Triggerpoint reclaiming ownership of said cat/kitten.

 

Health Guarantee

All Triggerpoint kittens will have had age appropriate veterinary examinations and inoculations.  Triggerpoint will provide these records to the buyer. A written one year Genetic Health Guarantee is given from date of birth.

 

Spay/Neuter

Triggerpoint Ragdoll kittens are not spayed/neutered. Should you choose to spayed/neutered this is at the buyer's expense at age appropriate times.

 

 

Temperament Guarantee

Triggerpoint Ragdoll kittens will carry the quintessential Ragdoll temperaments traits. Triggerpoint kittens are litter box trained, weaned from their mother, and able to eat dry cat food.

After you have chosen your kitten, and upon your deposit, you are agreeing to the contract above.   Triggerpoint reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone.
